mgs4 is a sub-HD game, and its still very similar to UC2 in screenshots. None of the moajor review sites praised the graphics as much as the people on this site do. Actually, no one ANY where else praises UC2 graphics as much as this site. Its funny, its like an imaginary world or something. UC2 looks great dont get me wrong, but damn guys...
are you blind? those screenshots look really, really good. Why does everyone think uncharted 2 has the best graphics ever? Fanboy goggles? Sites like IGN or Gamespot definitely were not flabbergasted by Uncharted 2's graphics either, i think its just an N4G circle jerk thing to say that uncharted 2's graphics beat everything else, because i dont see a big difference between Uncharted 2 and say, MGS4.
Halo brought the FPS to consoles by:
-Introducing the two weapon system
-having extremely simplified and fluid controls(goldeneye 007's controls were AWFUL on the N64 controller)
-introducing regenerating health to FPS's(name an FPS before Halo that had regenerating health please.)
-revolutionizing LAN parties on consoles with its easy setup and great multiplayer features.
xbox live is the best online gaming service on earth. It makes steam look like a thin piece of paper, and it laughs in the face of PSN's isolated anti-cross game chats that are just now about to be updated with cross game chat, three years after the PS3's launch. Thats what you get for free, three years worth of waiting.
If the game launches with problems, that is what stands PS3 version has problems, sorry guys. What do you expect GS to say? "Well, if this feature were working, it would be great, so lets score it really high because of that." Like, really? The game is partially broken at launch, and a patch could com at any undetermined time. Until then a review must stand and GS isnt going to wait on the PS3 version to get its sh!t straight to review it.

Sadly, Activision controls what Infinity Ward does, not Infinity Ward. Timed map packs and Beta's on one console are not their decision. The 5 dollar increase in price for the game is also Activision's decision, not Infinity Ward.

Value depends on what games you like the most. Im amazing at Halo, its a far more competitive and skilled game than any other FPS on the PS3, which is why MLG chose Halo 2 and 3 as its flagship titles. And i really love the Halo universe. PS3 has no Halo(or Mass Effect and Gears), so PS3 is not for me. Plus i like 360's online better. Im willing to pay a little extra for all that because i like it more than the PS3. My choice, my money, im happy.
im sure most of you would LOVE for Kojima to be disgusted with the Raiden game, but he's not. He stated in multiple interviews he looks forward to seeing the new things HIS TEAM is doing with the Metal Gear universe, and he trusts them to do a great job.

stupid article. Bright and vivid colors is what sets Halo apart from other games. Halo is rated mature, so that alone means its not that kiddy. And grunts are the only race in the game that speak in high pitched voices. Elites, brutes, and hunters all have a deep groan in their voice, and drones and jackals have instect-like noises to them.

Gametrailers gave Halo 3 a 9.8 because no other console game to date has ever put in a theater mode to take video clips and screenshots with, custom games mode with the most in-depth gametype modifier ever, a map editor, and advertise and stick it all into a file share system to send to your friends and let them view it whenever they want. No other console game has done that. Ever. Extremely innovative.
On a side note, Halo 3 refined its gameplay mechanics as well.
Halo 2 multiplayer created the fantastic lobby system that many FPS's use today, which was improved with Halo 3. Halo 2 also had the custom games features which Halo 3 put on steroids. Halo has an amazing trilogy, books and comics to fill in the back story, and a growing universe just like star wars does. Its a great franchise, growing beyond the simplicity of video games and entering a more sophisticated level.

Mass Effect 2 and Splinter Cell Conviction are exclusives, because PS3 does not get them, and the PC versions are designed to run best on Microsoft Windows. I will be playing Mass Effect 2 on 360, and no PS3 owner will get to play it on their PS3. That is exclusive to me.
